Bring the client.
We’ll run everything behind them.
A concierge for experienced consultants and specialists who deliver the ExitWorth™ process and RaiseWorth IP. You keep the craft and the relationships. We run the brand, the pipeline, the contracts, the invoicing and the paperwork.
*The RaiseWorth Concierge also has clients of its own. Consultants using the Concierge should not rely on RaiseWorth to always supply their work — the pipeline is a head start, not a guarantee.
The back office
- Brand, positioning and the ExitWorth™ IP
- Qualified enquiries from our evaluation funnel
- Client and consultant agreements
- Invoicing, collection and fee disbursement
- Insurance, compliance and document standards
- Concierge coordination from introduction to signature
The work
- Your specialist expertise and delivery
- Client relationships and outcomes
- Judgement on the engagement
- Your own professional standards
You stay independent. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, and you are not asked to sell.
Six things that stop you doing them yourself.
Brand and IP
Deliver ExitWorth™ and the STT™ Framework under a brand clients already trust, with the diagnostics, templates and report standards supplied.
Client pipeline
Enquiries from the ExitWorth™ Evaluation funnel, matched to your speciality and capacity. You are not asked to cold-call.
Contracts and compliance
Client engagement letters, consultant agreements, confidentiality and non-circumvention terms, managed centrally so you are not drafting them at 11pm.
Invoicing and payment
We invoice the client, collect the money, and pay your share from cleared funds on a set cycle. You do not carry the debtor risk or the awkward conversation.
Coordination
A concierge function that structures and progresses the matter from first introduction through to contract execution, so nothing stalls between meetings.
Transparent allocation
A published fee allocation rather than a negotiation per engagement. The client register and disbursement statements are open to you on request.
From enquiry to disbursement.
The client is registered
Whoever introduces a client tells RaiseWorth in writing before any meeting. We log it in the Client Register, and first valid registration owns that client.
You, then RaiseWorthDiscovery and proposal
RaiseWorth runs the intake, scopes the work and puts a proposal with fees to the client. The fee split for that client is confirmed in writing at this stage.
RaiseWorthEngagement and invoicing
The client signs with RaiseWorth. All invoices are issued by RaiseWorth and paid into the RaiseWorth account — there are no side payments.
RaiseWorthYou deliver
You run the engagement using the ExitWorth™ process and materials. RaiseWorth coordinates the team, the timeline, the documents and third parties, with a weekly status update.
You, coordinated by RaiseWorthDistribution
Within seven business days of cleared funds, your allocation is paid and you receive an itemised disbursement statement.
RaiseWorthThe standard allocation.
These are standard rates for guidance. They are not fixed: the split varies from engagement to engagement, and is agreed in writing for each client at proposal stage before any work begins.
| Allocation | Standard | Paid to |
|---|---|---|
| Advisor — ReferrerPaid first | 12.5% | Whoever introduced that client |
| Advisor — CloserPaid first | 12.5% | Whoever held the relationship and closed the agreement |
| Service Delivery | 60% | The delivering consultants, split per project and confirmed in writing before work starts |
| RaiseWorth ConciergeBack office | 10% | RaiseWorth Pty Ltd — invoicing, contracts, coordination, systems |
| Development & overheads | 5% | Software, systems and administration held centrally |
| Total | 100% | Of GST-exclusive fees received |
Paid first on your own clients. The Referrer and Closer shares — 25% together — are paid ahead of every other allocation, to whoever introduced and whoever closed that client. If one person does both, they receive both.
From cleared funds only. Allocations are paid from funds actually received. Refunds and chargebacks are reversed pro rata. Distribution is made within seven business days of cleared funds, with a statement.
Worked example. On a $6,600 invoice including $600 GST, $6,000 is allocated: Referrer $750, Closer $750, Service Delivery $3,600, RaiseWorth Concierge $600, Development and overheads $300.
Your own tax. Each consultant is responsible for their own tax and GST, and for their own professional indemnity cover.
Both ways.
You bring
- 01Real delivery experience in your speciality, not advice about it
- 02Client outcomes you are willing to have checked
- 03Confidentiality, and respect for the ExitWorth™ IP
- 04Professional indemnity cover, or willingness to obtain it
- 05No financial-product, migration, tax or legal advice unless you hold the licence for it
We bring
- 01Work matched to what you actually do
- 02A brand and materials you can put in front of a board
- 03Contracts, insurance and paperwork handled
- 04Payment within seven business days of cleared funds
- 05No exclusivity unless we both want it
The things people ask first.
Am I an employee or a contractor?
An independent contractor. You are responsible for your own tax and GST, and for your own professional indemnity cover. If a long-term full-time fit emerges, we can discuss something more formal.
Do I have to be exclusive to RaiseWorth?
No. You can keep your own clients and your own practice. What we ask is that you do not take a RaiseWorth-registered client around us, and that confidentiality holds.
If I introduce a client, is it mine?
For twelve months from registration, including repeat and follow-on work. The Client Register records who registered first, and it is open to you on request.
Can I be both the referrer and the closer?
Yes, and you are paid both shares — 25% together — which is paid ahead of every other allocation on that client.
When do I get paid?
Within seven business days of cleared funds reaching RaiseWorth, with an itemised disbursement statement. Refunds and chargebacks are reversed pro rata. There are no side payments — everything flows through the RaiseWorth account.
Will RaiseWorth always supply my work?
No, and you should not plan on it. The Concierge has clients of its own and shares what it can, but the pipeline is a head start, not a guarantee. Consultants who bring clients earn at the Referrer rate as well.
Can I use the ExitWorth™ materials with clients outside RaiseWorth?
No. ExitWorth™ and the STT™ Framework are RaiseWorth IP, licensed to you for RaiseWorth engagements only. Using them independently would breach your agreement.
How quickly will I hear back?
A principal reads every application. You will get a response within five business days, and either a conversation or a clear no.
Tell us what you do.
A principal reads every application. If there is a fit, we will say so plainly. If there is not, we will say that too.
- 01We read your application within five business days
- 02A conversation about your speciality and capacity
- 03A consultant agreement with the allocation set out in writing
- 04First engagement, with our principals available throughout
If you have done the work, we should talk.
Tell us your speciality and the clients you work with. We will give you a straight answer either way.
